A Wife's Story

In our years of existence, there will come a time that we will meet someone special. Someone who will serve as our inspiration. Somebody whom we are willing to sacrifice anything. A person who never fails to give you happiness in times of distress. Admit it, you're thinking of him while reading this.
Everyone of us doesn't want to have his loved one hurt. Most of all, we don't want to lose someone important to us. Just like Andromache and Creusa, we don't want our loved ones to risk their lives though they really need to.
Knowing the story of Illiad and Aeneid, Andromache and Creusa showed thoughtfulness to their husbands. They both plead with their partners to stay home and cease fighting. They were different on some parts but they both showed how they love their husbands.
Andromache understands Hector’s beliefs and deep sense of morality, but on the other feels it is just as honorable to stay home and care for one’s family. On the other hand, Creusa appears as a mere prop in this superhuman drama as she walks behind Aeneas and in the end, she was killed.
But whatever their fate were, both of them proved that they love their husbands.
